Cancel all active memberships, ensure no future charges occur, and handle any outstanding balances or refunds.
Cancel future sessions, remove booking access, and retire your fitSpot. Your Admin access and all your data stay fully active — you can log in and access everything at any time.

You retain Admin access and can view reports at any time. You will not be able to process new sales after closure, but all your historical data remains available.
Optional, but recommended. Suggested exports: financial reports, transaction history, payroll-related data, and client records.
Communicate clearly and early about closure. Set clear expectations for final classes and address unused memberships and credits directly.
2–4 weeks minimum. More lead time allows for better client communication and a cleaner close for all parties.
