What You Need to Know

Important Considerations

Answers to the most common questions studio owners have when closing.

🔐 Will I lose access? No.

You retain Admin access and can view reports at any time. You will not be able to process new sales after closure, but all your historical data remains available.

📦

Do I need to export my data?

Optional, but recommended. Suggested exports: financial reports, transaction history, payroll-related data, and client records.

💛

What about my clients?

Communicate clearly and early about closure. Set clear expectations for final classes and address unused memberships and credits directly.

How far in advance should I plan?

2–4 weeks minimum. More lead time allows for better client communication and a cleaner close for all parties.

💳

What about payment processing?

fitDEGREE does not automatically deactivate payment processing. You must contact Payabli directly at fitdegree@payabli.com.
